Shipping/Processing policy
The processing time at Beauty Shore is between six and ten business days. When the order is being completed, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation. Please be aware that holidays and weekends are not included in our processing or shipping times.
Return policy
We do not accept merchandise returns if they have been already opened and used. On the other hand, please email us at contactBeautyShore@hotmailcom within 48 hours if the goods arrives broken, opened, etc. Please ensure to enclose your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue with your goods, and images of the damaged item.We will give you a replacement or a refund if it turns out that your goods is damaged.
Lost/Stolen package policy
We are more than happy to reimburse orders that are lost or go missing, but we do suggest contacting the carrier to report a missing package. Additionally, we recommend that you confirm your address once more before completing a purchase. We'll keep you informed and extend an opportunity to send you another package if your carrier provides any updates regarding the missing one. Please be advised that orders sent from overseas may take a little longer to arrive
